That said, I did a search for all user profiles that I've upgraded and most don't have that folder. I have that folder on my workstation, but for some reason it is not present for my problematic users. For some reason, ndOffice (an app by NetDocuments tied into Office) has a folder located at C:\users\username\appdata\local\apps\, but the folder for NetDocuments is completely missing on the users having the problem.
